I am the proud owner of my own graphic design and consulting company, Shatterboxx Media. The plan is to move into San Francisco as soon as possible where I will sip on lattes and live in my own studio. If that sounds amazing, then you’re right, it will be.

I like marketing, graphic design (specifically typography and the ampersand), social media, community management, blogging, and reading (books – yes, internet, they STILL exist).

Nothing makes me more happy than having a latte in a coffee shop while typing away at a blog entry. And, if a Red Velvet Cupcake is added into the mix, then my god, I am in heaven.

Oh, and I believe the only laughter worth having is the kind that hurts and makes you cry. It’s the kind that leaves you exhausted. The kind that reminds you that there is nothing in life a good dose of laughter can’t fix.

I’m an optimist right down to the core. And I’ll defend that optimism till I’m hoarse because I believe only good can come from positive thinking. Life is based solely on our attitude and I believe that it’s empowering that we are the only ones who can make ourselves happy.

I’ve come to the conclusion that life is only worth living with passion, enthusiasm, and a huge smile on your face, especially in the midst of adversity. We live. We learn. And so it goes…
